마켓플레이스(Marketplace) 설명 및 배경이론
Marketplace is the world’s leading management simulation program in existence. The marketplace developed by ILS in the United States and developed over the past 20 years with the active support of the Tennessee State Government and the Tennessee State University MBA is a major US MBA including MIT, Cornell, and Duke, which is a key component of leading companies such as IBM, Samsung, Disney, and SAP. Participants set up companies to enter the PC business. The goal is to be the number one company in the market. When the simulation starts, management receives funds from the board of directors. The simulation results use the Balanced Score Card (BSC), a management scale created by Harvard Business School. Business Fundamentals 과정 소개
This is the most basic course in the market place business strategy course. The Business Fundamental module allows you to understand the big picture of a company and experience the overall flow of management. Through quarterly decision making, the principles of marketing, financial statements, product development, on-offline sales channels, personnel management and production management are covered.
In particular, through the process of analyzing various consumer needs and creating a brand that consumers want, you will build and experience a business environment similar to reality. Various analysis tools on the quarterly management results announced through competition and collaboration with other companies help attendees to develop the ability to establish the company’s sustainable development plan.
